Patty Wisdom attributes her success in real estate with a background rarely matched. She began as an escrow assistant in 1982 and graduated as an assistant manager in a highly successful Fountain Valley Brokerage. She began her Real Estate career in 1992, working alongside a top-performing sales agent where she was instrumental in marketing, staging, and closing numerous real estate transactions. She has been a consistent top producer independently closing over 100 transactions since 2003.

Patty is a versatile, creative, and highly effective sales professional benefiting her clients with a comprehensive understanding of current real estate trends and in-depth contract knowledge, including the importance of timeframes and procedures. Patty is SFR certified and familiar with many software programs including Equator, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
